Super Foods For Men

Percaya tak yang manusia yang berlainan jantina, keperluan makanannya berlainan?
Maksudnya dari segi apa makanan yang terbaik..
wahhh..tetiba aku menajdi pkar nutrisi la plak kan.
ni gara-gara mempunyai seorang officer yang amat menitikkan beratkan pasal makanan & kesihatan
macam-macam info dia bagi kat aku
termasuklah tentang makanan yang terbaik untuk lelaki & perempuan untuk melawan penyakit..
Aku nak sambung lam English ok..sebab artikel dia lam English..takut salah translate lak nanti..haru jek..ekekek..

1. Tomato Sauce

Okies..habis..lelaki-lelaki sekalian..sila amik perhatian ok..Jaga lah kesihatan korang sebelum korang disakitkan...kalau yang agak-agak lemah tenaga tuuuuttt..leh makan tiram banyak-banyak..heheheh..Nanti aku post entry untuk perempuan lak..
